Your first class is FREE so you can try before you buy. You are sure to find the perfect fit for your personality!
During COVID-19 regulations, it is preferred you preregister for classes.
When coming to class, please park and enter the building in the back no more than five minutes before class start time wearing your mask. Masks must be worn in common areas; however, masks may be removed in the fitness center if you are fully vaccinated.
Fees:
- $5 per class
- $55 for three-month punch card (up to 15 classes)
- $120 for three months (unlimited classes) - Recommended if taking 3 or more classes per week.

A towel and water bottle are recommended for all classes. Yoga mat optional unless otherwise noted. Masks are required at all times.
The Egoscue Method
Based on The Egoscue Method, this class is a proven therapy based on a series of stretches and gentle exercises designed to restore full, natural movement to the muscles and joints. These exercises create proper movement which lets your body function PAIN FREE! Everyone can benefit from this class- from injury rehab to athletes improving their game. Mat required.

Seated Egoscue is Egoscue designed for those who don't want to, or can't, get on the floor.

The Metabolic Booster Class
Sculpt and strengthen muscles while giving your metabolism a jump start! Each class is different. We use free weights, physioballs, bands, and other tools to guarantee you’ll burn calories while giving your muscles an excellent workout. Supportive footwear recommended.

Yoga Flow
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. During our flow classes, occasionally challenging poses may be introduced into the flow, but the student always has the opportunity to modify making the practice his or her own.

Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a variation of the hatha tradition of yoga, created to be accessible to all types of students, and to support their mental, physical and spiritual needs. Gentle Yoga seeks to provide therapeutic modifications to common yoga poses.

Power Yoga
A stronger version of flow yoga- longer holds with more vinyasa and occasional challenging poses (asanas). The participants always have the option to modify or skip poses; always having the power to make the practice their own.
